Tomchi (Hindi:टोमची) is a 2014 Bollywood children film directed by Rajesh Gupta under the banner of Tulsi Production in association with Star buzz, starring Yashpal Sharma, Vrajesh Hirjee, Rati Agnihotri, Mahesh Thakur, Narendra Bedi, Upasana Singh, Kurush Deboo,Sheetal Shah, Swati Aggarwal and child artist Faiza Thakur, Azaan Shah, Shubham Sharma, Yana Mistry, Azaan Khan,Adeeb Hussain, Alam Khan, Haitvi Parek.Film's Music Done By Anand Raj Anand; Guest Composer: Ritesh Bhoyar; Lyrics by Narendra Bedi, Ritesh Bhoyar, Akhilesh, Manoj And Background Music Composed By Puneet Dixit.

Raj Khanna vivait dans sa maison splendide avec sa sœur divorcée Devyani et son fils Teddy, ainsi qu'avec sa femme Archana, enceinte de jumelles. Mais un jour, Archana a ramené sous le toit familial un ancien ami, Ranjit, et très rapidement, Devyani l'a accusée d'entretenir des relations trop proches avec l'invité et a insufflé le doute dans l'esprit de son frère Raj. Celui-ci a frappe sa femme au cours d'une violente dispute et Archana a alors quitté le domicile conjugal...Malheureusement, elle a eu un accident. Le docteur qui l'a soignée, complice et amant de Devyani (qui rêve en fait de mettre la main sur l'héritage) lui a alors fait croire qu'une seule des filles a survécu. Raj a aussi été victime du même stratagème et croit par conséquent qu'il n'a plus qu'une fille, qu'Archana lui a remis, Sweety. Les deux parents, séparés, ont donc chacun la charge d'une fille qu'ils croient être la seule survivante de l'accident.

Friendly neighborhood policeman Kennedy the Cop (Edgar Kennedy) warns the gang to stay away from an old abandoned house in the neighborhood. Instead, he suggests the kids go dig for buried treasure, which they proceed to do—in the basement of the old abandoned house. The house is inhabited by a homeless lunatic (played by Jewish comedian Max Davidson in a rare, mostly non-ethnic role), who takes giddy delight in scaring the children, particularly Farina. Kennedy eventually turns up at the house to save the kids and apprehend the lunatic, but can hardly take care of himself.

The gang are all orphans, hoping to be adopted by nice families where "spinach is not on the menu".
