As like other Susi Ganesan films it is a real life experience based entertainer/thriller. The movie stars Kaakha Kaakha fame Jeevan, Sonia Agarwal, Abbas, Malavika, Vivek, Manoj K Jayan and Charlie. The film's music is composed by music director, Vishal Bhardwaj. The film is being remade in Hindi as Shortcut Romeo.
Synopsis
Manickam (Jeevan), belongs to a poor family in a village. He does not respect any of his family members, except for his uncle (Vinod Raj) who lives in Chennai. The story gets rolling once he decides to come and stay with his uncle at Chennai.Acteurs

Kanthaswamy est non seulement inspecteur à la brigade financière de la police fédérale indienne, mais aussi un justicier qui, déguisé en coq, vole les riches malhonnêtes pour donner aux pauvres qui en font la demande au temple du dieu Murugan. Cable Raja (Silambarasan) is a cable operator born and raised in a slum area in Chennai. He bemoans his poverty and wishes to become rich by marrying his girlfriend Priya (Jasmin Bhasin).
