Synopsis
Au XVI siècle, une célèbre prostituée est assassinée devant son miroir. Avant de mourir, elle lance une malédiction. Désormais, les futurs acquéreurs du meuble vont connaître un destin tragique. Dans les années 1920, Mary, une jeune paraplégique, se voit offrir le miroir en cadeau. Mais celui-ci fait resurgir chez elle les souvenirs d'un passé douloureux ; les raisons de sa paralysie et le mystère qui entoure la mort de son mari. 1988 à Singapour, M. James, avocat talentueux, doit défendre un homme accusé de viol et de meurtre. Sa nouvelle petite amie s'installe chez lui avec le miroir. M. James accepte finalement l'affaire. Sous l'influence du miroir, il devient cupide et violent jusqu'au jour où il est victime d'un accident de voiture. Onze ans après, Ming, accompagné de son amie Judy, rend visite à sa grande-tante et à sa cousine Yu à Hong Kong. Le couple achète le miroir. Bientôt, un malaise s'installe entre Judy et Yu et la tante de Ming disparaît. Yu va être accusée de ces étranges événements sur le meurtre de la tante de Ming.Acteurs

Beauty consultants Sun and Aki are sent to their company's new branch in Shenzhen to be the branch managers. They discover later that their boss had lied to them and they were actually used by him to explore business opportunities in that region. Meanwhile, the Lai brothers unknowingly opened a disco during the Hungry Ghost Festival and now they have attracted a large number of phantom patrons. Sun and the Lais seek help from Mrs Bud Lung, an expert ghostbuster, to deal with the spiritual beings.

Chow Ka-ho's father runs a big business in Thailand. Lik and his sister May work for the Chows. One day, Chow Ka-ho is overcome by lust and he rapes and kills May. May follows Bud Gay back to Hong Kong and seeks revenge on Chow. Chow is afraid and seeks help from Bud Gay's mother, the expert ghostbuster Mrs Bud Lung. Chow lies that he had killed May unintentionally and feels guilty about it, but the truth is eventually revealed and Chow gets his just deserts.
