The Least Among You is a film based on the true story of Rev. Dr. Charles Marks' formative years, written and directed by first time writer/director Mark Young. It explores issues of self-determination in the face of systemic racial persecution in the United States in the mid-1960s.

Synopsis

In the opening minutes of the film, Richard Kelly (played by Cedric Sanders), is behind bars, having been arrested during the infamous Watts Riots for allegedly assaulting a police officer. Though he maintains that he is innocent, Kelly is convicted. At his sentencing he is presented with a choice between serving jail time and serving probation for one year as a student at an all-white Christian theological seminary.

À New York, par un été caniculaire, un violent accident de voiture cause la mort de deux personnes, dont le frère d'un ancien criminel de guerre nazi caché en Amérique du Sud, Christian Szell, qui se trouvait aux États-Unis afin d'y récupérer un vieux trésor de guerre. A Fonder Heart is based on a true story about Joey Boone, 15-year-old boy, and Craig Thomas, 59-year-old self-made multimillionaire developer. Joey and Craig became hospital roommates in 1974. Joey believes that he is simply being looked at for a minimal knee surgery due to a basketball injury, while Craig fears the worst...that life and old age have finally caught-up with him, and that he is dying. The two eventually develop empathy for each other's personal problems and issues, as well as life's similar hardships. However it is revealed that it is Joey is the one who is terminally ill and having made a father-son relationship Craig stays out the rest of Joey's days with him.
