Sister Mary is a 2011 American comedy musical film directed and written by Scott Grenke. It stars Ant, James Vallo, Bruce Vilanch, Judy Tenuta, Sean Paul Lockhart and Shawn Quinlan.

Synopsis

Homophobic detective Mark Rima (James Vallo) must "partner" up with the very gay and flamboyant Detective Chris Riant (Shawn Quinlan) to stop a serial killing Nun (Judy Tenuta) from offing 5 band members otherwise known as "The Ex Choir Boys." But when it is determined that the detectives can't solve the case on their own, expert F.B.I. profiler Agent Peccant (Ant) is assigned to the case. As the details of the case slowly emerge the police determine that that the "nun" may only be a silent witness to the grisly murders. The task force then turns its attention on the Catholic Church and a suspect group of Priests that have had a propensity for "cleansing the souls" of innocent young choir boys.

Paul (Daniel Robinson) and Eddie (Joey Dudding) have just begun previews of an Off-Broadway musical titled Adam & Steve: Just the Way God Made 'Em. Their lives mimic those of the characters they are playing on stage, in that Paul is himself seeking the ideal male partner, and Eddie finds that his religious upbringing conflicts with his homosexuality. After his boyfriend dumps him for being accused of having HIV, though he does not, Paul decides he is through with relationships and wants to be promiscuous, or as he so eloquently sung, "I wanna be a slut." Eddie, meanwhile decides he must finally tell his conservative parents that he is gay. Eddie comes out to his family, who do not accept the news well. Paul turns to the Internet for dates, but can't even get a decent one-night stand. However, Paul continually bumps into a fan who has developed romantic feelings for him, and after a series of disastrous one night stands, he starts dating Michael at the end of the musical's opening night. Eddie's religious parents, on a different note, decide to attend the musical because of a promise they made to their son, even though they are appalled by homosexuality and the theme of the show. As the play goes on though, they begin to believe that maybe they judged their son too harshly, and come to accept the fact that he is gay. Eddie's parents make up with him at the end of the show's opening night.

Anthony is member of a gang. As a revenge for something not clearly said, he gets caught and placed by Jack and another man into a garage. Here Jack is torturing and sexually abusing Anthony. Bruno comes into the garage and is doing the same while Jack is leaving, although he comes back rescues Anthony and both starting in return torturing Bruno. They go away leaving wounded Bruno in the garage. Some times later Anthony lives together with Donna and her gay brother. While they were playing at home, Donna receives a phone call, telling her that her father died. Anthony and Donna decide to drive to the funeral. On their long journey they meet several people. For the nights, they stay in motels and have sexy plays with two male prostitutes, one called in by Anthony. The other called in on the next night by Donna. In their journey they also meet Jack; the second time at a petrol station, where Anthony and Jack have sex in the toilets. Anthony falls for Jack and decides to stay with him, while Donna decided to leave them and is driving home.
