Synopsis
Traumatisé par la traque de neuf tueurs en série, l’inspecteur Sam Dietz accepte à contre-coeur de servir de conseiller dans l’enquête sur le meurtre abominable de deux jeunes femmes. Il s’y engage totalement quand, au terme d’un nouveau assassinat, le tueur le défie en lui destinant une lettre accompagnée d’un morceau de peau humaine…Acteurs

It is a comedy about two misfit men, Sal (Dennis Farina) and his friend Charlie (Leo Rossi), who are cheated out of $10,000 that they had borrowed from a Mafia kingpin.
