Un mourant trouve que les chevaux, les blondes, et la mafia peuvent achever sa vie plus rapidement que le cancer. Joe (Billy Connolly) est un gars ordinaire qui dirige un magasin de fleurs et n'a jamais eu beaucoup de chance. Les perspectives semblent sombres pour Joe quand lui est diagnostiqué une tumeur au cerveau, mais l'horizon s'éclaircit quelque peu quand il gagne le gros lot aux courses. Toutefois, Hush (Sharon Stone), une danseuse exotique gravement endettée envers un gang de voyous, lui vole sa fortune nouvellement acquise pour les rembourser. Joe récupère son argent en expliquant aux gangsters ce qui est arrivé, mais seulement parce qu'ils le prennent pour un baron de syndicat dont ils ont entendu parler, mais jamais rencontré. Lorsque les bandits découvrent que Joe est un fleuriste et non un criminel de carrière, ils trouvent la situation tout sauf amusante.

Kalidasu (Sushanth) is the son of a sincere police officer (Nagababu), who is killed in the hands of a factionist (GV). However, Kalidasu kills that factionist and escapes from Rayalaseema and reaches Guntur. Kanakadurga (Jayasudha) brings him up along with her son Jai Dev (Vamsikrishna). Kalidasu helps Dev to continue his studies in Hyderabad, by turning himself a car-lifter. Baba (Chalapati Rao) buys such lifted cars. His son Basha (Sunil) also becomes his good friend. Once, Kalidasu lifts a car and finds a girl hiding in it. The girl says that her name is Mirchi (Tamannaah) and pretends that she is a lunatic. But Kalidasu does not believe that she is lunatic and suspects her that she is pretending. Once some goons led by Pratap and Ajay (Vinodkumar and Ajay) reach Guntur and take away Mirchi after killing Basha.

Bennie, a clumsy criminal who's touchy about his weight, teams up with his adoptive father's biological (serial killer) son, his employees who in his absence turned his snack-bar into a quiche bakery, a suicidal manic-depressive woman and a Yugoslavian who unintended keeps blowing things up. They need to get 300.000 Euros to get Bennie's father a new liver. Complicating matters are that Bennie is being stalked by gangsters who want him to pay back a debt, the employees are more interested in cooking than in criminality, nobody can communicate with the Yugoslavian, the adoptive and biological son don't get along, and everything that can go wrong does go wrong - leaving a path of damaged buildings, people and - especially - vehicles behind.

Thiruppaachi and Sengulam are neighboring villages with a history of enmity between them. Maayan (Manoj) and Machakanni (Riya Sen) meet on the day of her engagement and its love at first sight.
