Moksha is a 2013 Telugu-language horror film which is loosely based on hollywood movie Let Me In (2010) and directed by Srikanth Vemulapalli, who has earlier directed a very critically acclaimed movie Black and White (2008). The film stars prominent Indian actress Meera Jasmine in lead role. The movie was produced by P.Amarnatha Reddy under the banner of Amarnathan Movies and released on 28 June 2013.
Meera is seen in an entirely different get up in the film. The film is female oriented and Meera is playing a strong character in the film. Rajeev Mohan and Disha Pandey played significant roles in the film. Nassar, Rahul Dev and Sana played supporting roles in the film. The film's shooting started in November 2009 and was held in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad and Chennai. The subject matter of the film was said to be entirely new and never done before on Indian screen.
Synopsis
In this film Meera looks entirely in different get up. The movie is totally female oriented and Meera is playing a strong key role in the film. After 3 years of time span Malayalam actress Meera Jasmine come up with a female oriented horror film. Srikanth Vemulapalli is the director of the movie.Acteurs

The film opens with Aman, seemingly lifeless, narrating how he and his sweetheart Kaya are doomed to perish together. He remembers happier times, when he met and courted and finally proposed to Kaya. Gauthami (Neha Jhulka) is a real estate agent in Mumbai. She brokers deals with the buyers and sellers and gets paid commission. She arranges a deal between Gowri Shankar (Suman) of Sri Venkateswara Bank, Hyderabad, India, and a Seth (Raghubabu) in Mumbai, for the sale of a guest house in Mumbai. As per the agreement, there are three months time for registration. However, Gowri Shankar's son Kiran (Gopichand) comes to Mumbai and demands the money immediately. Though Gauthami tries very hard to convince Kiran that it may not be possible to complete the deal early, Kiran does not listen and wants to complete the deal saying that he needs the money urgently. Kiran needs money of Rs. 4 Crore urgently because his father's bank falls into bankruptcy and his father was arrested, he can get money by selling their guest house. Kiran plans that by giving this amount to an official (Thanikella Bharani) in Central Government as bribe solves all the problems.

Anjali (Keerthi Suresh), has a recent shocking history of her twin sister Geetha (Keerthi Suresh) committing suicide. She is already betrothed to Anoop (Nishan) from a prominent family. But when her mother suddenly falls down from the staircase ending up in paralysis, Anjali and Anoop proceed to her Arackal house. Once they reach there, they are into more mysteries as the spirit of Geetha starts to haunt Anjali, which even physically disturbs her. Within days from a series of horrifying incidents arrives Dr. Sunny Joseph (Mohanlal) with his style of wit and wisdom, to treat Anjali and to help her out of the crisis that she is in. He finds the shocking truth that Anjali is actually Geetha. Geetha had a criminal nature by birth. She accidentally killed Anjali during an argument,to not loose Anoop from her. Geetha tries to kill Anoop when he rejected her upon knowing the truth. However , in the end, Anjali's spirit prevent Geetha from shooting Anoop. Geetha is killed by the fire in the house. The film shows Anjali's spirit over Geetha while she is dying.
