The film follows characters Ricky, Julian and Bubbles creating a plan for The Big Dirty, one last crime that will enable them to retire from their criminal lives. The film, like the series, was directed and produced by Mike Clattenburg, with Ivan Reitman as an executive producer. It was released in Canada on October 6, 2006, and a limited release in the United States began on January 25, 2008. It has developed into a cult film since then.
Synopsis
Expulsés de prison quelques jours avant la finale de hockey entre les gardiens et les détenus, Ricky, Julien et Bubulles retournent au parc de maisons mobiles Sunnyvale et planifient le plus important cambriolage de leur vie. Ricky veut approfondir sa relation avec sa petite amie de toujours, Lucie, lorsqu'il découvre que son anatomie s'est grandement améliorée et qu'elle travaille maintenant au Gentleman's Club. De son côté, Julien fait la connaissance de Wanda, une danseuse dont il tombe amoureux. Les gars auront fort à faire avant que leur plan ne réussisse : échapper aux hélicoptères, survivre aux fusillades et affronter monsieur Lahaie et Randy, les surveillants du parc de maisons mobiles.Acteurs

Ricky, Julian et Bubbles s'apprêtent à sortir de prison. Cette fois, Julian veut entreprendre une nouvelle vie, peut-être même démarrer une entreprise (légalement!). Mais lorsqu'ils retournent dans leur parc de maisons mobiles, ils se rendent compte que les choses ont bien changé; d'ailleurs le superviseur du parc, Jim Lahey, n'a pas bu une goutte d'alcool depuis deux ans! Malheureusement pour lui, le retour des gars met plus de pression qu'il ne peut endurer. Pour Lahey, le décompte vers le jour de la brosse est de retour! Pendant ce temps, Julian doit régler ses problèmes, ce qui pousse les gars à faire ce qu'ils font de mieux : enfreindre la loi. La rechute de Lahey combinée aux combines du trio n'annonce rien de bon!

Disheartened when his story about Canadian snipers possibly mutilating corpses in Afghanistan is buried, Luke (Nick Stahl) quits his job but is even more determined to return to Afghanistan to get the real story. With his offbeat buddy, Tom (Nicolas Wright), tagging along, Luke returns to Afghanistan and intends to gather enough evidence to get his old story into print. But he soon finds that the country is an even more dangerous place than when he left. To make matters worse, his old friend and fixer, Mateen (Stephen Lobo) has been hired away by Luke's journalistic nemesis, Imran Sahar (Vik Sahay). Soon the trip for Luke and Tom in Afghanistan turns into a surreal and perilous adventure, a journey into an alternate reality, filtered through a haze of gun smoke. They encounter Taliban raids, bombings and unfinished business with an Afghanistan businessman. Luke still makes his way through the wilderness with Canadian troops and Arabian guides to find out if his story is true or not. In the end, he realises that the rumour about Canadians mutilating fingers is a lie and that his people still have some morality in this war torn land. Just as he is about to leave, He and Sgt. Rick (a Canadian soldier who is the leader of the squad with whom he had been travelling) come under fire from a Taliban sniper, but the Taliban runs out of bullets and walks off, while Luke thinks he killed him. While they move back to the base, Luke runs into Matteen, where he finds out that they really do share a friendship. The last scene is where Luke decides to go home.

Drake est un criminel et dictateur aussi dangereux que sadique qui dirige la ville d'Hopetown avec ses deux fils psychopathes, Ivan et Slick. (Le frère de Drake nommé Logan est exécuté pour lâcheté et trahison par son propre frère Drake qui est moins admiré par le public qui est devant Drake.) Un hobo débarque dans cette ville avec pour projet de s'acheter une tondeuse à gazon et de démarrer une activité de paysagiste. Il se retrouve au centre ce chaos urbain où la criminalité et la violence règnent. Le clochard ignore la folie autour de lui et voit des clochards persécuté et massacré par des sbires de Drake dans l'antre de Drake et jusqu'au moment où il décide de défendre une prostituée nommée Abby face à Slick. Après avoir assommé puis livré ce dernier à la police, le hobo fait la connaissance du chef de la police et après l'entretien le clochard découvre qu'il répond aux ordres de Drake en corruption, comme la plupart des policiers corrompus de la ville. Slick est ainsi immédiatement libéré et décide avec son frère Ivan de torturer le clochard au couteau en lui inscrivant le mot « Scum » (traduisible par racaille en français) et de l'abandonner poings liés dans une benne à ordures par les flics corrompus qui détestent les clochards par vérité. Le clochard demande de l'aide à la jeune Abby qui décide de l'emmener chez elle pour lui offrir un endroit sûr pour dormir.

The movie is about a documentary team that follows the reunion of Hard Core Logo. Joe Dick gets the band back together ostensibly for an anti-gun benefit after hearing Canadian punk rock legend Bucky Haight, and personal mentor, is shot. They begin the tour in Vancouver and travel to Edmonton, via Winnipeg. On the way the band's dark secrets are revealed. John Oxenberger loses his schizophrenia medication and slowly loses his sanity. Billy Tallent finds out that by going on tour he loses his position in mainstream rock band Jenifur and with that his one shot at stardom. The band stops by Bucky Haight's reclusive estate only to find he was never shot and that Joe Dick fabricated the lie in order to get the band together. The band and documentary crew drop acid and experience hallucinations. Bucky admonishes Joe Dick for using him to get the band together. At Edmonton, Billy Tallent finds out he has another opportunity to permanently join Jenifur. Joe Dick finds out from the film crew and later attacks Billy on stage. Joe Dick destroys Billy Tallent's Fender Stratocaster, which was a gift from Bucky Haight, and the band parts ways. In the final scene Joe Dick drinks with the documentary crew members and shoots himself.
