Kadhaludan (English: With Love) is a 2003 Indian Tamil romantic drama film directed by Rajakumaran. The film features Murali, Devayani and Abbas in lead roles. The film, produced by Devayani, had musical score by S. A. Rajkumar and was released on 14 February 2003, coinciding with the Valentine's Day.
Synopsis
Kalyan (Murali), a talented magician, works with his friend and assistant Ramesh (Ramesh Khanna). Kalyan's mother (Sathyapriya) insists him to get married soon and she finds a bride for him. Kalyan has a different view on marriage and he wants to know all about his bride. With the marriage broker (Vaiyapuri) and Ramesh, Kalyan leaves his house to see his supposed bride.Acteurs

Tirupathi (Mammootty) is the eldest of four brothers and the head of a respected family in the village. He has struggled to bring his family out of poverty and put his other two brothers, Kannan (Abbas) and Surya (Shyam Ganesh), through college. His younger brother Madhavan (Murali) has provided able support. Tirupathi marries Bharathi (Devayani) who fits into the family admirably. But the arrival of Renuka (Rambha) as Madhavan's wife signals the start of problems as she doesn't like her husband's obeisance to Tirupati. Kannan falls in love with the village rich man's daughter Viji (Sneha) but is willing to give her up to save his family from the man's ire.

Ponrasu (Vignesh) returns to his village after studying in the city. Ponrasu's father Veeramuthu Naicker (Vinu Chakravarthy) is the religious figure of the village called "Samiyaadi" (disguised as the male deity Sudalai Madan) who delivers divine judgement and kills those who faced him during the ceremony. Ponrasu loves the village belle Chinna Thayee (Padmashri) since his childhood and Chinna Thayee develops a soft corner for Ponrasu.

Teja (Kalabhavan Mani) is a high-profile gangster in North Madras, who often imitates the behaviour characteristic of different animals for sarcastic effect. Accompanied by his gang, he arrives at a magistrate's court for a hearing. His animal antics are mocked at by "Chintai" Jeeva, another accused. Teja and his gang retaliate and kill Jeeva within the court premises. Jeeva was a member of a rival gang headed by Gemini (Vikram), an aspiring goon from Chintadripet who aspires to dethrone Teja and take his place. To avenge Jeeva's death, Gemini hunts down the murderer Pandian while Isaac, one of Gemini's men, kills him. This incident leads to a feud between Gemini and Teja, and a fight for supremacy ensues. Pandian's mother Annamma (Manorama), a destitute woman, locates the whereabouts of her son's murderers. She approaches Gemini, becomes the gang's cook and awaits a chance to poison them.
