Synopsis
Franco and Ciccio leave Agrigento, in Sicily, to search of their fortune in the American West. In the land of cowboys and dueling weapons, they pretend to be skilled thieves and gunmen under the names Django and Gringo. When they meet a big shot, Franco and Ciccio are forced to live their roles and pretend to be the children of the great gunslinger Ringo.Acteurs

In the late 19th century, Sicilians Franco and Ciccio are serving 20 years of prison for stealing two mules, when they are set free by an American visitor. En France, en juillet 1789, peu de jours avant que n'éclate la Révolution française, Franco et Ciccio La Capra arrivent à Paris pour chercher du travail. Ils en trouvent dans un atelier pour dames nobles. Quand un groupe de gentilshommes déchaînés prend l'atelier d'assaut parce que Franco et Ciccio ont mis la main sur leurs femmes, l'un d'entre eux remarque que Franco ressemble de façon frappante au frère du Roi, le comte D'Artois. Franco est donc utilisé pour remplacer le comte à Paris tandis que l'original se rend auprès des Autrichiens dans l'espoir d'obtenir leur aide face à l'insurrection imminente.

In the Wild West the bandits Franco and Ciccio, being unlucky in robberies, have an ingenious way to collect money. Ciccio gets captured by the guards of the sheriffs, while Franco, enjoying the bounty of money, saves his friend shortly before he is hanged every time. But one day Franco is unable to save his friend from a death sentence, and he believe Ciccio lost forever. After consulate drunk in a saloon, and having also won a lot of money playing poker, Franco meets magically Ciccio. He is not dead, and he plans to take revenge on Franco, but when he discovers with his friend the existence of a great treasure, buried in the desert of the West, the two friends that take up the membership.
