Synopsis
Tuti Shah murders Kishan to defend his anti-social business and trap Kishan's friend D'souza (Pran) in his murder. D'Souza gets life imprisonment. D'Souza seven years old son Michael (Sunil Shetty)runs away in frustration when his best friend and Kishan's son Vijay Sinha (Akshay Kumar) also kicks him out for being the son of his father's murderer. Time passes away. D'Souza comes out from jail and meets father of the church. Father informs him that he could not trace out his son Michael but according to his wish he had made police inspector to his friend Kishan's son Vijay Sinha with the help of the money he used to send from the jail. D'Souza decides to bring the truth of the murder of Vijay Sinha's father to his knowledge by getting Tuti Shah arrested. At the same time Tuti Shah comes to know about deprived Michael and his sympathy and attachment towards the poor. He black mails Michael emotionally and gets his rival Bakhshi Jang Bahadur killed by Michael. During his attack a hotel dancer Maria (Madhoo) loses her eyesight by the flames of Michael's pistol. Michael himself feels responsible for this accident and without disclosing his identity starts helping and taking care of Maria. Both fall in love each other Now the motto of Michael's life is to get Maria's eyesight back. Tuti Shash again black mails Michael emotionally. He offers him money for the operation of Maria's eyes and asks to kill his another enemy Inspector Dharam Das in exchange. But in this deal Tuti Shah deceives Michael. On the other side Inpsector Vijay Sinha chasing Michael for both the murders and wants to arrest the mafia don Tuti Shah also. To defend a pick pocket Meena (Shilpa Shirodkar) from hoodlums Inspector Vijay Sinha himself falls in love with her. Inspector Vijay Sinha arrests Tuti Shah red-handed but fails to do anything against him as a lawman. He resigns from his service and decides to eliminate Tuti Shah. Now D'Souza, Michael and Vijay Sinha are at one side and Tuti Shah and his personal army on the other side.Acteurs

Mob boss Kaalkeshwar Singh (Amrish Puri) has an issue with a fellow mobster who wants to expand his own sphere of influence. During a confrontation, Albert (Deepak Shirke) attempts to shoot Kaalkeshwar, but due to the intervention of Arjun (Sunil Shetty), Albert is himself killed. Appreciative, Kaalkeshwar asks Arjun to spend some time on his estate out of town. He learns that Arjun's girlfriend, Maria (Ritu Shivpuri), had had then killed herself out of shame after having been molested by Albert. Her death has been now avenged. Kaalkeshwar introduces Ajun to his subdued and submissive wife, Monica (Monica Bedi). Unknown to Ajun, Kaalkeshwar is extremely jealous, and had even killed a man for simply shaking her hand and complimenting her. His anger is unimaginable when he learned that his house guest Ajun and his wife Monica have begun an affair.

Judge Jagdish Verma (Raza Murad) has an accused by the name of Yogi Shankar (Kiran Kumar) in his courtroom. Judge Verma was once Yogi's defence lawyer, but now must pass a sentence against him. Yogi pleads his innocence, but the Judge finds him guilty, and Yogi is sentenced to a long term (7 years) in jail. Yogi swears to avenge this injustice and humiliation. Judge Verma's family consists of Urmila (Beena Banerjee), two sons, Kunal and Karan (Sunil Shetty and Saif Ali Khan respectively), and a daughter Tina (Madhoo). Yogi serves out his term and is released from jail, seeking revenge against Juge Verma and his family. He abducts young Tina and plans to use her to control the judge and his judgments. The family is instructed not to contact the police, for the safety of Tina, and to keep this abduction a secret. Tina grows up in the company of Yogi and his men, without knowing her biological family. Tina is then used to ensnare the family into more deceit and entrapment under the direction of Yogi, leaving the Verma family no choice but to go along with Yogi's plan.

Maan Singh and the honest Prithvi Singh are engaged in a legal property dispute.
