Ann (Angela Punch-McGregor) and Richard (Richard Moir) are a contemporary couple with two young children. They live on the outskirts of Canberra, in a newish suburb that has yet to encroach on the bare hills behind the house they are now extending. Richard travels a lot on business. Dans un futur proche, sans foi ni loi, en plein cœur du bush australien, Eric, ancien fermier, a tout abandonné derrière lui.
