Synopsis
Kai, obsédé sexuel vulgaire qui a tué trois personnes à Hong Kong, s'exile en Afrique du Sud. Dix ans plus tard, il travaille toujours dans le même restaurant chinois. Son patron connaît ses crimes et lui a offert un endroit pour se cacher. Un jour, Kai va avec son patron acheter des cochons à une tribu africaine ; ils remarquent un nombre assez important de cadavres de personnes mortes d'une façon horrible. Sur le chemin du retour, ils ont un accident de voiture en pleine brousse. Pendant que son patron essaie de réparer le véhicule, Kai s'éclipse. Il trouve une femme africaine malade allongée sur le sol et décide de la violer. Un jour plus tard, Kai a une grosse fièvre et va voir un médecin qui lui dit qu'il est probablement infecté par le virus Ebola.Acteurs

Wong, un petit escroc spécialiste du mahjong, s'exile à Macao après avoir assassiné un homme. Il devient serveur dans un restaurant et reprend ses activités d'escroc notamment en trichant et forçant son patron lui céder en gage son enseigne. À la suite de son refus obstiné, Wong, pris de folie, massacre un à un sa femme et ses enfants. Il décide ensuite de les dépecer et les cuisiner sous forme de brioches qu'il sert ensuite aux clients. The film consists of three loosely connected segments based on the central theme of a mortuary.
