Amma is an upcoming multilingual Indian film written and directed by Main Hoon Rajinikanth famed controversial director Faisal Saif, and produced by C. R. Manohar under the banner of Tanvi Films. Filmed in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam, the film is Sandalwood star Ragini Dwivedi's second film; it was launched on her birthday after Ragini IPS.

Based on actual events, the film tells the story of an innocent girl named Jigyaasa Mathur (Hrishitaa Bhatt) who comes from a middle-class family, the daughter of a schoolteacher named Malini Mathur (Varsha Usgaonkar). Some sources by the press say it is a story from Kashmir to Afghanistan to World Trade Center. Filmmaker Faisal Saif has signed a secret contract with every cast member and technician of the film to not reveal the plot to anyone. Pakistani singer Ali Haider backed out of the title role because he got death threats for this film.
