The film is directed by Anil Sunkara and features an ensemble cast of Allari Naresh, Shaam, Vaibhav, Raju Sundaram, Neelam Upadhyaya. Sneha Ullal, Kamna Jethmalani and Sheena Shahabadi. This film is an adaptation of Todd Phillips's The Hangover. It has been dubbed in Tamil as Aasu Raja Rani Jackie Matrum Joker.

Sri Krishna (Allari Naresh) is the son of a big businessman and multimillionaire, GK (Sayaji Shinde). His father is so rich that he hates even the smell of the poor, and despises anyone who talks about giving money as alms. Sri Krishna's family too, doesn't mind the opulence they have. Coming from this family, he falls in love with a Satya (Poorna), who thinks the rich become richer by exploiting the poor. In order to make Satya fall for him, Krishna starts acting as a poor chap, with a poor family. He buys his way out to show Satya that he helps the poor, and unintentionally becomes their savior of sorts. When Satya accepts his love, he recruits his family to help him convince her completely. So the rich father becomes a banana seller, rich mother becomes a bajji seller etc. However, it turns out that Satya is the daughter of Nagineedu (Nagineedu) a factionist from Kurnool who has a rivalry with another faction leader Venkatappa(Jaya Prakash Reddy). She urges her father to share his riches with his followers, an idea which his father doesn't take. But on knowing that she wants to get married to a poor boy, he doesn't mind it. In order to get them married the Krishna asks her father to act as a Head Master. Both families in their disguises respectively meet and arrange the marriage of Krishna and Satya. Faction leader Venkatappa attacks the family of GK to kill Nagineedu. Knowing the truth about Nagineedu, GK is angered and cancels the marriage. Krishna uses his brain to try and help resolve issues between Venkatappa and Nagineedu and also convince his father GK for the marriage. At the End, the two factionist understand the value of life and they stop fighting. Both GK and Nagineedu once again agrees upon Krishna's marriage.

Kamesh (Allari Naresh) and his wife (Hema) become the proud parents of a dynamic and powerful new baby who is born with a six pack body. Just when the baby is born, Thikkal Reddy (Jaya Prakash Reddy) comes in as the villain in search of his enemy who runs into New Born Baby's room. He prays to god to save him and hides in the room. Relangi Rajababu is such a 'nice guy' that he files a case against a girl who attempted to harass him, and did not succumb to her, because he wished to remain 'pure' for the woman he marries. After landing a job as an SI, his parents force him to get married because his dowry will be useful for his sister's wedding. No girl wants to marry him now, because they wonder if he is man enough since he rejected a girl like her. Bendu Appa Rao (Allari Naresh) is a RMP doctor in a tiny village in East Godavari. Though he does not have much knowledge about medicines, he uses his brain to come out of critical situations. Kathi Kantharao (Allari Naresh) is the son of a suspended gunman (Dharmavarapu Subramanyam). He is a police constable with two married sisters and another two sisters who are ready for marriage. He has to fulfill the desires of his two greedy brother in laws (Krishna Bhagavaan and Srinivas Reddy) and also search for grooms for his younger sisters. The whole family burden rests on his shoulders. He also signs an agreement with his father stating that he won’t marry until his sisters are happily settled in life. However, he deviates from the agreement by falling in love and eventually marrying a girl called Rathnam (Kamna Jethmalani). He decides to keep it a secret until he fulfills the word given to his father. Due to unexpected circumstances, he reveals his relationship with Rathnam to his boss and sub-inspector Kanakaratnam (Jeeva). In the meantime, one of his sisters falls in love with the IG G.K. Rayudu's (Chalapathi Rao) son, while another loves a constable and Katha Rao's friend Vaasu (Venu Madhav). Kantha Rao manages to settle the marriage of his two younger sisters with the people they love. Kanakaratnam to clear the doubts he has about their relationship goes to Rathnam's home town Vengalappapalem to meet with her father Ringu Raja Rao(Kota Srinivasa Rao). Raaja Rao learning about the marriage from Kanakaratnam goes to Hyderabad to confront his daughter. Kanta Rao manages to reveal the truth to Raja Rao and promises to remarry her with the blessings of his entire family. Ringu Raja Rao wants to become the sarpanch of a village and does all kinds of non-sense to appease the voters. As his opponent Lanka Satish's (Ahuti Prasad) son (Nalla Srinu) marries a foreigner, Raja Rao takes advantage and criticises their entire family for his political gain. After a few days, Kanta Rao convinces his parents and sisters and makes arrangements for his younger sisters marriage too and marries Rathnam. However after the first night, Rathnam unintentionally reveals that she is pregnant. Lanka Satish learns about the pregnancy of Rathnam and defames Raja Rao so that he can win the village elections. With this, the winning chances of Raja Rao as sarpanch turn bleak, and is faced with the dilemma of finding a solution to this critical situation. Kantha Rao faces many troubles and finally solves all his problems and also helps Raja Rao win the village elections.

Subrahmanyam (Allari Naresh) is an intelligent, hardworking software engineer. He lives with his uncle (Ahuti Prasad), keeps the poster of Bill Gates in his room, spends most of his time with his girlfriend Madhu (Anita Hassanandani), and Busy Balraj (Brahmanandam). After getting drunk heavily one night, he wakes up with a girl Sanjana (Ritu Barmecha). Neither he nor does the girl remember how they got together, but they both start to believe that they had sex. It isn't before too long that the girl's goon brothers (Srihari, Subbaraju, Samrat), warn him of dire consequences if he doesn't get married to their innocent sister. Just when he has given up all hope and agrees to the forced marriage, he stumbles upon a secret that turns the tables on the brothers. In spite of having the upper hand over the brothers, poor Subbu still finds himself in a drama of love and backbiting created by them. Who wins at last forms the rest of the story.

The story is about two college buddies Bujji (Allari Naresh) and Nani (Shashank) who get into trounle with a local don and need to pay him a crore of rupees to get out of the situation. Meanwhile a software firm (named Underware Hardware and Software Company!) headed by Rajendra Prasad (Brahmanandam) is facing a hostile take over by another firm. Rajendra Prasad had to build the world’s fastest supercomputer in time to halt the takeover. But the rival firm sabotage his invention. Rajendra Prasad had no option but to sell his company to his rival, but decides not to and explores more options. Meanwhile Bujji and Nani worm their way into Rajendra Prasad’s company promising to give him the technology for a talking computer that would bring him the much needed millions. But Rajendra Prasad is assassinated while in their company. Fearing that fingers would point to them, they hide his body. A look alike takes Rajendra Prasad’s place and tries to sell the company as quickly as possible. Rajendra Prasad’s daughter, meanwhile, falls in love with Bujji. What follows is a series of anecdotes that lead to the unraveling of the mystery of the killer of the original Rajendra Prasad and preventing the rival company Wonderware from taking over Wonderware thus keeping to the wish of the original Rajendra Prasad.
