The story is based on that of a purportedly haunted mansion, Chaonei No. 81, which is located on No.81 Chaoyangmen Inner Street in Beijing, China.
The Chaonei No. 81 was a three-story French Baroque-style house which was built in the 1800s by Qing officials. Legend says that the house became haunted after the end of the Chinese Communist Revolution in 1949, when the wife of a Kuomintang official who once lived there committed suicide. It is believed that her spirit still haunts the house.
Synopsis
The 3D thriller is based on the legendary mansion at No. 81 on Chaoyangmennei Street in Beijing, follows Xu Ruoqing (Ruby Lin), a woman whose presence in the notorious mansion draws up the spirits that have taken residence there.Acteurs

The story is about Mario (Ng), who is an office loafer who specializes in praising and pleasing his boss, the good-for-nothing eldest son of a business tycoon. Mario considers Harper (Wu) his apprentice, and together the two go about town picking up women. Mario has a theory that links the characteristics of a woman's breasts to her character. Without knowing that Yuki (Reis) is going to be his new colleague, he predicts her to be of his type from the shape of her breasts while she is standing outside a glass window of a restaurant. Despite his deserving reputation of being a womanizer, Mario is really kind at heart, but he is soon lured into a bet with his boss and has to get Yuki into bed to win it. He comes up with the brilliant plan of telling her that he has a malignant brain tumor in its terminal stage. Thanks to his acting skill, she totally buys his story. Using his smooth tongue, Mario soon turns Yuki's sympathy into love. But it is not long before Yuki brings him home and her father, who is a Chinese traditional medicine doctor, diagnose his lie. Quietly Yuki and her female colleagues strike back with a vengeance. She fools Mario and his sidekick, Harper, into taking an excessive dose of a highly potent breast-enlarging tonic her father has concocted. Soon the two men are endowed with cup size many women would envy, but men would freak out.

Li Chenggong (Xu Zheng) is a wealthy and arrogant businessman who treats his employees poorly and has a secret mistress, Manni (Li Man). Fils d'un milliardaire excentrique, Sing est un jeune homme arrogant et capricieux qui vit dans un luxueux palace d'Hawaii où il est ultra-choyé par son personnel. Il est inscrit à l'université d'Hawaii mais aux études il préfère draguer les filles et faire de sales blagues avec son fidèle serviteur Tat, ce qui le fait mal voir de Chang Sze, le professeur de sciences qui prône de folles théories anatomiques. Ayant été humilié par lui, Sing pénètre de nuit dans son laboratoire avec Tat pour lui jouer un tour mais ils doivent fuir car le lieu est infesté d'inventions effrayantes. La fille du professeur, Chung-Chung, au physique ingrat, tourne autour de Sing pour lui faire honte de son comportement. Mais Sing préfère frayer avec une fille délurée, Bonnie, qui se révèle être la femme du chef d'une triade japonaise. À la suite d'une fête très arrosée, Sing échoue dans la villa du yakusa alors que celui-ci y a réuni son gang. Sing est reconnu, réussit à s'enfuir mais le gang le retrouve et le fait "exploser" avec son palace : ses lèvres et son cerveau sont les seules parties de son corps qui restent intactes. Pour pouvoir le reconstituer, il faut 60 millions de dollars. Son père ne donnant pas sa contribution, le professeur Chang Sze propose de réaliser l'opération à moindre coût en utilisant des organes de moins bonne qualité. Un nouveau Sing est né, mais il a tendance à mal fonctionner. Il retourne à Hong Kong pour travailler comme enseignant dans une classe de délinquants. Mais pendant ce temps, le gang continue ses recherches à Hong Kong .
