The film is the sequel to the 2011 film Force. Principal photography of the film will begin sometime in August 2015, and will be released in first half of 2016.

Tashi, Nitin et Arup sont trois jeunes habitants de Delhi qui partagent le même appartement. Raja Mishra (Saif Ali Khan) gatecrashes into a marriage while trying to escape from a brawl. The bride's cousin, Rudra Tripathi (Jimmy Shergill), and Raja form a friendship upon Raja revealing that he is a uninvited guest. While in process of seducing the mujra dancer, Raja overhears a plot by Lallan Tiwari (Chunky Pandey) to execute everyone in the wedding upon instructions from a land lord wanting to use Rudra's uncle's land for poppy farming. Raja warns everyone about the impending attack and Raja and Rudra fight off the attacking Lallan Singh's gang. Rudra's uncle (Sharat Saxena) sees the potential in Raja and Rudra forming an alliance for offering protection to political personalities and offers them to join his gang. Not wanting to enter the world of politics, they refuse and Rudra's uncle advices them to take refuge from Lallan's gang in jail. In a later incident Rudra's uncle is killed by the poppy field owner with help of Lallan Singh.

Shiva (Akshay Kumar) is a small-time thief in Mumbai who falls in love with Paro (Sonakshi Sinha). He tells her the truth about being a thief and resolves to give up crime because he loves Paro dearly. Before that, he decides to commit a large robbery along with his con-friend 2G (Paresh Ganatra), which would enable him to earn a lot of money; hence he can give up crime. He "tricks" a woman on a railway station (Gurdeep Kohli) and flees with a trunk. This leads Shiva to Chinki, a little girl who was in the trunk instead of the wealth he thought was there. Hasmukh Rai (Kader Khan) has a problem. As a matter of fact, two problems — his two sons: Munnu (Chunky Pandey) and Bunnu (Govinda Ahuja). The duo are notorious slackers, always up to no good, and involved in elaborate practical jokes. It comes to Hasmukh's attention that his sons have been lying to him about their college grades — in studies and sports — and have not been attending school for the last three years. As a result, they are kicked out of college and, ultimately, their home. Later, one of their practical jokes gets out of hand, and Bunnu disappears, presumed dead. At the same time, Munnu gets involved with a conspiracy of killing Bunnu. Meanwhile, from a small Indian village, Bunnu's identical cousin, Gauri Shankar, arrives in town. À la suite du décès de son mari, Sharda (Priya Tendulkar) épouse le gouverneur Jaisingh Sinha (Raj Babbar). Son fils aîné, Sahil (Bobby Deol) ne l'apprécie pas. Lors d'un anniversaire il menace son beau-père avec un couteau devant tous les invités. Le lendemain, il découvre son père tué par la même arme et il est arrêté sur le lieu du crime. Au tribunal, tous les proches de son père, le médecin de famille, l'avocat et même sa propre mère témoignent contre lui ; il est déclaré coupable et est condamné à 14 ans de prison. Quelques jours après son arrivée en prison, il s'évade et une chasse à l'homme est organisée, dirigée par l'inspecteur Udham Singh (Om Puri). Toutes les personnes qui avaient témoigné contre lui sont hospitalisées les unes après les autres et le docteur Gandhi (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) est assassiné. Tout en incitant Mantri (Prem Chopra) à lui avouer la vérité, Sahil apprend qu'Udham Singh croit avoir arrêté le véritable assassin et obtenu ses aveux. Peu après, Sahil retourne chez lui et sa mère le pardonne. Mais le cauchemar reprend quand Udham Singh est poignardé et personne ne connaît alors l'identité du vrai tueur.
