It is the 23rd film of the popular comedy manga and anime series Crayon Shin-chan. It was released on 18 April 2015 in Japanese theatres. It is directed by Masakazu Hashimoto, who also directed the 21st movie Crayon Shin-chan: Very Tasty! B-class Gourmet Survival!!. The screenplay was written by Ueno Kimiko. There are no plans to release the film in North America and the U.K. This movie was released in Singapore theatres on 9 July 2015 with English and Chinese subtitles and having a PG-13 rating.
Synopsis
Hiroshi was ordered to collect the fruit of cactus and was transferred to Mexico. So, Nohara family had to move to Mexico and live there. They had to bid farewell to their acquaintances and the citizens of Kasukabe with tears. Shinnosuke heard that Mexican young girls are stylish and beautiful and became eager for this journey.Acteurs

À l'approche de l'arrivée du vingt-et-unième siècle, la nostalgie se fait sentir pour toute une génération de parents. Ces derniers désirent revivre leur enfance, oublier leur tracas quotidiens et changer d'air. Au même moment, le musée du vingtième siècle ouvre en ville. Les parents voyant en celui-ci la bouffée d'oxygène dont ils ont besoin, s'empressent d'aller le visiter. Malheureusement, il sont bien loin de se douter que le propriétaire du musée recèle de mauvais plans... Mystérieusement, les parents retombent en enfance et en oublient même leurs obligations d'adultes. Il ne s'occupent plus de leur propre progéniture, c'est une véritable invasion de bébés adultes qui fait rage sur la planète. Shin-chan et ses amis, qui ont flairé là l'embrouille, décident de mettre le nez dans l'affaire afin de retrouver leurs parents.

Shin-chan and his friends discover an abandoned movie theater where some sort of western film is being displayed to an empty room. One day Shin Chan on his way back found a ball near a river and brought it home. Himawari saw that ball and swallowed it as she loves shining things. Later it was known that it was a mysterious ball that belonged to Devil Jack and two gangs for which they were fighting with each other for getting the ball. It was considered that they could win the world with that ball by releasing the Devil Jack. Himawari was kidnapped by the king Jed, but later she was released. Devil Jack was accidentally released by Shin Chan.
