The film was released in Japanese theaters on August 8, 2009, alongside the Samurai Sentai Shinkenger film, Samurai Sentai Shinkenger The Movie: The Fateful War. The catchphrases for the movie are "Gathering through time. The ultimate hero movie was born!" (時を超えて集結せよ。究極のヒーロームービー誕生!, Toki o koete shūketsu seyo. Kyūkyoku no hīrō mūbī tanjō!) and "All Rider's Great Battle!" (オールライダー大決戦!, Ōru Raidā daikessen!). In its first week in theaters, it opened at the #1 spot, edging out Harry Potter (#2) and Pokémon (#3), earning over 2 billion yen (approx. US$21M) in box office revenues. It is the highest grossing Kamen Rider film to date.
Synopsis
The Hikari Studio arrives in a new A.R. World where, after seeing that Tsukasa's photos of this world are coming out perfectly, Natsumi realizes they may be in Tsukasa's home world. Tsukasa realizes he remembers the mansion depicted on the backdrop that took them here. Finding the manor, Tsukasa opens the door as he Natsumi and Yuusuke meet a girl named Sayo,who identifies Tsukasa as her older brother. As Sayo learns that Tsukasa lost his memories, revealing how he left her a year ago, her caretaker Nobuhiko Tsukikage arrives and confronts him about leaving his sister alone for so long. But when the Nine Worlds fusion starts to influence the World of Decade, Tsukikage reveals that Tsukasa's journey has now enabled a solution to the crisis by determining the strongest Kamen Rider in existence: The Rider Battle. When his memories return, Tsukasa gives Tsukikage the clearance to make it happen. Three days later, after numerous matches, it comes down to a 6-man tag team match between the team of Decade, Kuuga, and Diend vs. V3, BLACK, and Super-1. With Diend running off and Kuuga wounded, Decade is forced to defeat all three on his own. Upon victory, a castle emerges from the stadium with Yusuke and Natsumi finding themselves in the throne room surrounded by various monsters as they are welcomed to Dai-Shocker before Eijiro appears as he suddenly reveals himself to be Doctor Shinigami, toasting to their leader's return: Tsukasa. Revealing all of their actions were to ensure Dai-Shocker would achieve its goal of dominion of all the saved worlds, Tsukasa sends the horrified Natsumi and Yusuke into the sewers.Acteurs

After a review of the love between Yuto Sakurai and Airi Nogami, with the man sacrificing his existence to help his past incarnation act as Kamen Rider Zeronos in order to protect both Airi and time itself, scene opens to Airi and Ryotaro are renovating the Milk Dipper. Seigi Ozaki and Issē Miura arrive while Ryotaro is suddenly possessed by Momotaros who spirits him off while telling him that the DenLiner has been hijacked by an Imagin. But on the way, M-Ryotaro senses two thugs attacking Airi during her walk and arrives in time to beat them out of thinking they are in league with the Imagin, only to hear that a young man put them up to it. Seeing Yuto leaving the scene makes it more confusing as M-Ryotaro loses him before Urataros calls that the DenLiner stopped thanks to the manual brakes.

A transaction meeting Gamou was to have with Foundation X goes awry when a mysterious woman named Inga Blink steals replica Horoscopes Switches for space warfare. Telling Hayami and Tatsugami not to pursue, Gamou tells them they will have the Kamen Rider Club deal with her. At Amanogawa High School, Mr. Ohsugi takes Gentaro, Yuki, Kengo, and Ryusei out of computer class and takes them to the Rabbit Hatch to meet up with the rest of Kamen Rider Club. There, they meet a strange lady named Shizuka Shirayama who is a member of OSTO Legacy and requests the Club's assistance. Argeeing to help, the Kamen Rider Club members are taken into a bus and blindfolded for security reasons. But on the way, they are attacked by a robot named Black Knight. Transforming to hold the pursuing Black Knight at bay, Kamen Rider Fourze battles the attacker while Ryusei and the others find themselves boarded by Inga Blink who Ryusei fights while getting her out of the bus. However, Inga destroys the accompanying van to blocks the road while wounding Ryusei with a one-inch punch. When Fourze arrives, warning the Kamen Rider Club not to interfere, Inga summons Black Knight to take her away.

At the Energy Management Center, the Buddyloids question their Go-Buster partners' dependence on them before they are alerted to an attack on the Soujou District. Upon arriving and seeing what looks like a black pirate ship attacking, the Go-Busters before encounter the Space Empire Zangyack's new emperor Bacchus Gil and who they recognize as the Gokaigers. While Buster Hercules deals with the black Gokai Galleon, the Go-Busters fight the Gokaigers before Gokai Silver arrives. Giving his team the Google V and Timeranger Keys, Gokai Silver is confused over what is going on as Enter arrives with a case holding four Ranger Keys while obtaining a red one to complete what he called phantom Ranger Keys. However, a time vortex opens from the Keys' unstable power, with Enter keeping the red Ranger Key while the rest are sucked in along with the Gokaigers, Yoko, Gorisaki, and Beet J. Stag. Soon after, captured upon arriving, Navi reveals how she and Gai last saw their friends when their attack on the Zangyack home world ended with them being defeated by Bacchus in conjunction with his alliance with the Vaglass.

The movie begins with Phantoms Medusa and Phoenix approaching some Gates who are trapped in a strange machine and Xatan, Eel and Gahra, a trio of monsters known as the Akumaizers appear before them, claiming that the machine makes use of the captives' mana to summon revived monsters endlessly as part of their plan to get revenge on the Human Race for banishing them to the underground thousands of years ago. Upon learning that the Phantoms were sent there by their leader Wiseman to assist them, Eel opens a time portal to travel to five years in the future.
