Synopsis
The plot takes place in 1925. One of Chicago mobsters Mik Nich (born as Mikita Nechyporuk) flees to Soviet Odessa to escape the revenge of other mobsters. Mob leaders send the best hit-man Johnny Pollack to Odessa. The killer disguises himself as an American entomology professor who wants to visit the grave of his father in Odessa.Acteurs

The time flies and Jurek Kiler has already forgotten the fact that he used to work as a taxi driver and that he was suspected of series of murders. He is now a public person, and together with his girlfriend Ewa runs a foundation that successfully raises money from all over the world. He is now a man of a great renown as he injects a substantial sums of money into various public institutions. However, the idyllic life becomes thwarted when two murderers who do their time - Siara and Lipski - do everything to blow him away. One time they hire a world-famous Polish murderer called Szakal, other time a Cuban hireling alleged Kiler’s double who, after many attempts, fail to carry out their "responsibilities". The situation becomes even more perplexed when Lipski obtains a pass for her daughter’s wedding and gets to know that his daughter Dona falls in love with Kiler whom she wants to marry .

Deux savants, Max et Albert, participent à une expérience et se font congeler pour être dégelés après trois ans. L'expérience ne réussit qu'à moitié car, au lieu de ce sommeil glacé de trois ans, c'est en 2044 qu'ils se réveillent. Dans l'intervalle le monde a changé radicalement : partout on ne voit que des femmes. Une guerre a eu pour conséquence la disparition de tous les hommes, en sorte qu'ils sont tous les deux les seuls survivants de leur sexe. Mais pour la reproduction il n'y a plus besoin d'hommes : les éprouvettes ont pris la relève. Comme la guerre a pollué la surface de la Terre, c'est dans des villes souterraines que la vie continue.
