Namukku Parkkan (Malayalam: നമുക്ക് പാർക്കാൻ) is a 2012 Malayalam film directed by Aji John, starring Anoop Menon and Meghna Raj in the lead roles.
Jayasurya plays a pivotal guest appearance, while Mohanlal makes a vocal appearance in the film.
Synopsis
Namukku Parkkan reflects the realities of a middle class Malayali family. Rajeev (Anoop Menon) is a veterinary surgeon and his wife Renuka (Meghna Raj) is a primary school teacher. They have two school- going daughters.They live in a small house and doesn't have a proper bathroom ,one day somebody peeps in when meghana was bathing. They lead a happy and contended life, but they have a dream and that is to own a house. They have plans for their ideal house, a house merging with nature, with lots of trees and a lovely garden and cattle roaming the compound. But the dream is beyond their means. All others in their family own houses. But Rajeev and family still live in a rented house. On top of that, Rajeev has been served with a note to vacate the house. He has asked for some grace period till he finds a new house. Then an unexpected incident in his life makes it inevitable for him to build a house. He sets out on a journey to own a house and the realities he encounters in his journey form the rest of the story. C.I. Velu Nagarajan(Jayasurya) a Kannada police officer residing in Kerala "helps" Rajeev and rest of the story is of the other incidents he faces.Acteurs

Stephen Louis (Jayasurya) is a quadriplegic by birth who is immensely rich, but he believes in celebrating each moment of life. Dr Sunny is a psychiatrist who is engaged to his girlfriend Annie. One day a girl named Reshma is admitted to Sunny's hospital by her brother Roy, who is a close friend of Sunny. Gradually Sunny finds out that she was traumatized after witnessing her boyfriend getting beaten to death by some of his colleagues. Nanda (Revathi) is in love with a successful architect Narendaran (Mohan Lal), both of whom are living in Bangalore. They get engaged and are all set to marry when tragedy strikes. While they are talking on top of a construction building, Narendran accidentally slips and falls down, dying instantly. Depressed Nanda escorts Narendran's corpse to his homeland in Kerala. To her surprise she sees Narendran's twin brother Krishnan Unni (Mohan Lal), who looks exactly like Narendran. She thinks Narendran is not dead and everyone is trying to fool her. Narendran's parents want Nanda to marry Unni but he is already in love with Bhadra (Shobana). Bhadra tries to commit suicide and this shakes Nanda, Bhadra's dear friend, and Unni. Not wanting to be a burden on anyone and truly missing Narendran, Nanda commits suicide. Narendran's ghost, moments before Nanda's suicide, tells Unni that he is going to take Nanda with him to heaven since he really needs her, even in death. Unni is unsure if he just had an illusion, but to the viewers, it shown that Narendran's ghost was present and actually talking to Unni.

The film begins with the City Police Commissioner Bharath Chandran (Joju George) jumping over the compound wall of a house who is having an affair with house owner's wife. The story centers on Kasinathan (Mohanlal), a pragmatic but playful businessman keen on general welfare of his men also running a resort and massage parlour as a side business. Kasinathan is the younger brother of Swaminathan (Nedumudi Venu), the heir to Valiyamangalam Malika and the head of erstwhile feudal Midhilapuri. Midhilapuri is an idyllic village prospered through judicious use of agriculture as the path to good life. Kasinathan is powerful in his own right and is tipped to succeed influential politician Menon (Janardhanan) in Kerala politics. Kasinathan has a secret admirer in the form of a mysterious girl (Kiran Rathod) who drops messages and love hints every day. But Kasinathan has still better issues to worry about! The burning issue of providing drinking water supply to Udayankara colony is time and again sabotaged by Cherpunkal Shankar Das (Saikumar), a wily and unscrupulous politician of crassiest morals who is intent on teaching a lesson to the alleged loyalty of the people who continue to support righteous politicians. The reciprocal justice is carried out by Kasinathan who in a strategic move corners Shankar Das in a compromising position with a serial actress (Maya Viswanath)and blackmails him to release permission for water supply in the village. Shankar Das is forced to resign from the cabinet. Ensuing celebration is amply enjoyed in a rain dance song by Kasinathan with all and sundry of his devoted satellites including characters Murugan (Jagadish), Vellapulli Mathachan (Jagathy Sreekumar), Tomi (Vijayakumar), Basheer (Salim Kumar) Pushpakumaran (Maniyanpilla Raju) etc.
