Suchorita (Bengali: সুচরিতা) is a Bangladeshi film actress. She came into the film industry in 1969 as a child actor in the film Babul. Her first appearance as the heroine was Sikriti (1972). She was directed by Abdul Latif Bacchu in Jadur Bashi in 1977.

The story is as Mr. Chowdhury (Uzzol) a businessman lived with his wife Mamata (Suchorita) and children Rahul (Shakib Khan) and Ria. An accident totally changed his life. Mamata could not bear the accident and was admitted into a mental asylum. Ruahul and Ria became homeless by the conspiracy of Mr. Chowdhury's sister. Mr. Chowdhury though lost his family. In such a condition, Rahul and Ria started their struggling in life. Rahul and Ria grew up and Rahul took a job as a driver of Biplab babu. Mithila (Swastika Mukherjee) was the only child of Biplab (Victor Banerjee). She initially did not like Rahul for his attitude, but later she fell in love with him. Mithila helped Rahul a lot to establish his own business. Ultimately, Rahul became successful and with the help of his well-wishers, he found his parents. In this way, everything ended on a happy note.

Rôle Buri/Rois's Mother

Buri, though she does not like the name, is a restless young girl from the village named Holdi Gaon. She was married to his cousin quite older than her and become mother of his two sons Salim and Kalim of first marriage. She then gives birth a child and named him Rois. He is both deaf and dumb. Her sons grow up and married off. At that time, war broke out. Salim goes to War Camp and Kalim stays at home to look after her mother.The member of the village inform this to the Pakistani Military. They came to her house and ask Kalim to give them Salim and other freedom fighters' information. He denies and then they killed him. One night, Hafez and Kader, two freedom fighters come for shelter as they run out bullet in Buri's house. She sheltered them and when Pakistani Military come to her house, she takes the final decision to save them. She wakes up her autistic son and gives him rifle and brings him to the Military.
