Shivaji Satam (born 21 April 1950) is an Indian television and film actor. A former bank official, he has appeared in many Hindi and Marathi films. In Hindi, his famous films are Vaastav, Ghulam-E-Mustafa, Yeshwant, China Gate, Taxi No 9211, Nayak, Jis Desh Me Ganga Reheta Hai, Sooryavansham, Hu Tu Tu. In Marathi, he has got recognition through movies like Uttarayan. But what made him popular was his role as ACP Pradyuman on the popular TV series C.I.D. on Sony Entertainment Television.
Shivaji has been nominated for Best Actors award for Star Screen Award for Ghulam-E-Mustafa.

Haapus throws light on an important aspect the life of Malwani People. The story revolves around the Jadhav family. Makarand(Makarand Anaspure) after spending all his wealth has invented an auto part which he claims will drastically lower the fuel consumption of vehicles. But being from a rural background and having no formal education he is never taken seriously. Subhanrav(Shivaji Satam) makarand's father leaves no opportunity to blame his son for selling all his land on failed pursuits. Sumi (Medha) is makarand's humble 2nd wife. Dil Dosti Etc. explores the ambiguities of the youth years. The movie is about coming of age of Apurv (Imaad Shah), a rich, aimless and cynical 18-year-old young man, who has just entered college in Delhi. Juxtaposed against the aimlessness of Apurv is also the story of Sanjay Mishra (Shreyas Talpade), an ambitious Bihari student & politician with limited means. They represent two divergent world views—the liberal versus the conservative, the no-strings attached versus the committed, the elite versus the middle-class. Directionless and laidback, Apurv searches for meaning in life through amorous escapades with different girls, including a sex-worker Vaishali (Smriti Mishra) and a school girl Kintu (Ishita Sharma). Meanwhile Sanjay works single-mindedly to win the college Presidential elections, and yet catches the attention of a rich model Prerna (Nikita Anand). Dil Dosti Etc. is woven together with an ensemble of other characters, who have their own stories to tell. Set against all these is a silly wager that the two protagonists engage in. Sanjay will win the elections and Apurv will manage to have sex with three women in a day. As the film moves towards a volatile climax, you get to test the film’s premise, when you’re young, you believe the possibilities are endless.

The movie begins with Amar (John Abraham) narrating the story of his family and himself. Le film relate la poignante histoire de Lady Katherine Beckett (Polly Adams) qui replonge dans ses souvenirs, dans les années 1940 alors que l'Inde, colonie britannique, se dressait contre la couronne pour gagner son indépendance. Quelques années plus tard, Katherine (Antonia Bernath), devenue une charmante jeune fille, revient en Inde où elle retrouve ses parents ainsi que Kisna (Vivek Oberoi). Leurs sentiments n'ont pas changé... Mais la révolte gronde : les représentants de la couronne britannique sont persécutés et chassés par les nationalistes indiens, dont le frère aîné (Yashpal Sharma) et l'oncle de Kisna (Amrish Puri) font partie. À la suite d'une attaque du domicile de la famille de Katherine, Kisna se fait un honneur d'éloigner la jeune fille de la violence qui ravage le pays en l'accompagnant jusqu'au Haut Commissariat britannique de New Delhi, qui se chargera alors de la renvoyer en Angleterre par bateau. Mais cette escorte déplaît souverainement à la fiancée de Kisna, Laxmi (Isha Sharvani) et ne fera que resserrer les liens entre Katherine et Kisna.

Garv is a story of three brave and honest cops: Samar Singh (Amrish Puri), Arjun Ranawat (Salman Khan) and Hyder Ali Khan (Arbaaz Khan). Samar wants to reduce the amount of crime in the state. The trio faces obstacles because the powerful and corrupt politicians (played by Govind Namdeo, Anant Jog and Shivaji Satam) are connected with underworld don Zafar Supari (Mukesh Rishi). The politicians decide to transfer Samar Singh while Hyder Ali is named a traitor and is killed. The goons next target Arjun by gang-raping his sister, Rakhi (Akanksha) and hurting his other family members. Arjun, in a fit of anger, kills the rapists and surrenders himself to his police colleauges. He is seen walking up the steps with police in the opening scenes of the movie. He wants to be awarded capital punishment but later the court finds the politicians wrong and lets Arjun go free.
