Sadaf Mohammed Sayed, better known as Sadha, is an Indian actress who mainly appears in South Indian cinema. Her most notable films include Jayam, Anniyan and Unnale Unnale. She works mostly in Telugu and Tamil films.

Biographie

Sadha was born to a Muslim family in Sangli, Maharashtra. Her father is a doctor and her mother is a bank executive. She did her schooling at Ratnagiri's Sacred Hearts Convent High School and then moved to Mumbai, where she was offered director Teja's teenage love story Jayam in Telugu which went on to become one of the biggest blockbusters of that year. Sadha is a current resident of Mumbai and has a house in Hyderabad.

The film is set in 1960s Chennai (Madras then). A police officer and a social worker give speech about ban of cigarettes in All INDIA RADIO. Then 3 men get out from a car . They were thieves and were headed by Eli (Vadivel) a petty thief (who once aspired to become a police officer), who pretends to be a thief who has sold all his robbery items to a jewellery shop owner. The jewellery shop owner had no contact with him and his henchmen dressed as police take all the items pointed out and pretend to arrest Eli and loot the shop. He uses his tricks and loots many other places . One day he enters the house of retired police officer Mr.Rangarajan who had rejected him at the police selection. He loots everything except his photograph. When the current police I.G came there to meet Rangarajan, Eli pretends as though Rangarajan had vacated his house and he is performing rituals and not to disturb him. When the police officer meets Rangarajan on the way he is shocked to find that he had been tricked and Eli had looted the house.

Shivasagar (Upendra), a wheelchair user, has a son, Vijay (also Upendra) who is playful and irresponsible. To teach him a lesson, he sends Vijay to Bhamapura to help the poor. Vijay doesn't want to go, but a local pizza restaurateur convinces Vijay and his friends that the village is one big brothel. In reality, Bhamapura is a sacred village and the restaurateur had purposefully deceived Vijay and his friends. Divya (Soundarya Jayamala) and her classmates also visit the village. They come for their social activity course to improve the village's health and hygiene. A large building is reserved for him and the girls are asked to stay in the poor families' houses. Vijay and his friends arrive and start to woo the girls, whom they mistake for Bhamapura's prostitutes. When Divya discovers their plan, she and her friends decide to teach Vijay and his friends a lesson.

Deepu's (Navdeep) dream is to make a music album and become famous, he approaches a channel head Murthy (Brahmanandam) who, impressed by his concept, offers to finance the shooting and also suggests his obese secretary as the heroine. Disappointed first, Deepu takes up the offer as he has no choice and chooses a huge old bungalow for the shoot at a secluded spot. As the work begins, Mythri (Sadha) the owner of the property arrives for a short stay and Deepu convinces her to be the heroine of the album and removes Murthy's secretary. Meanwhile a death of a unit member and a series of strange incidents take place but the unit leave after the work is wrapped up without any doubts. Deepu stays back with Mythri and unravels the mystery of the haunted house.Towards the end of the story it reveals the mystery behind the deaths and the strange incidents.
