Mamuka Kikaleishvili (Georgian: მამუკა კიკალეიშვილი, Russian: Мамука́ Андре́евич Кикалейшви́ли; August 10, 1960 – May 3, 2000) was a Georgian actor and film director.

Born in Tbilisi in 1960, he graduated from Tbilisi Theatre Institute (1981) and worked for Marjanishvili National Academic Drama Theatre until 1984. In 1984, he was employed by the Georgia Film studio. Throughout his career, Mamuka Kikaleishvili performed in leading and secondary roles in a number of films produced in USSR, Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. At the 1988 international festival in Gabrovo, Bulgaria, he won a prize for the best comedy actor. In 1992, he made his debut as a director and co-directed Fallen Angel (Georgia) with Levon Uzunian.

Later in his life, he worked for the Georgian Embassy in Moscow where he died in 2000.

The plot unfolds during the last years of the Soviet Union. The Cold War is over and the President of the United States and the General Secretary of the Soviet Union must meet for high-level diplomatic talks. However, the meeting is put at risk because of the extent of the criminal activities perpetuated by the Russian Mafia in the United States. A Mafioso named Rabinovich is even able to listen in on the phone lines between Washington and Moscow using a secret wiretap. Fedor Sokolov, a KGB agent and Mary Star, a CIA agent, must work together to take down the head of the Russian Mafia, nicknamed the "Artist" who appears in the guises of Lenin, Stalin, Brezhnev, Khrushchev, Hitler, Peter the Great, Saddam Hussein, and Othello over the course of this screwball comedy.

Deux demi-frères, Yasha et Merab, habitent à Tbilissi en Géorgie. Yasha est musicien et Merab chauffeur de taxi. En 1987, Yasha décide de partir pour Israël. Merab, qui souhaite rester, l'accompagne à Moscou. Dans l'aéroport, ils souhaitent boire un verre de champagne ensemble avant de se séparer. Merab va acheter une bouteille dans la zone des boutiques hors taxes en utilisant le passeport de son frère, sans se rendre compte qu'il ne peut pas revenir en arrière.
