Jennifer Jostyn (born November 11, 1968) is an American actress.
Jostyn attended Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts. She has appeared in many movies since the early 1990s, including House of 1000 Corpses, The Brothers McMullen, Milo, Omega Cop, Focus, Dr. Benny, A Perfect Little Man, Rancid and The Life Coach, a movie she also wrote and produced. Additionally Jostyn has had various guest starring roles on television, including ER, The Drew Carey Show, Gilmore Girls, and Come to Papa. Part of her career has entailed doing work in commercials, one of the most notable of which was her role of dancing in Madonna's 1989 Like a Prayer Pepsi commercial.

Ben Lewis (Timothy Dowling), groomed to be a doctor from childhood, spends his days inspecting the most intimate part of the female anatomy, but for some reason has no idea how to deal with women on any sort of social level. He's even gone so far as to join a support group for virginal men, but this type of reinforcement still can't make him a hit with the ladies. When he seeks the help of a sex guru named Pheb (Josh Holloway), who actually teaches a private class to help socially inept men learn how to please the opposite sex, Ben's luck changes drastically. He begins to take advantage of his patients (with their consent) and quickly sheds the derisive slang labels of "lork" and "sooser." For all of his newly learned sexual prowess, Ben is still a good person at heart, and when he's given a resident assistant named Becky (Jennifer Jostyn), the young man realizes that true love is more important than a string of sexual conquests.

La nuit du 10 mai 1998, à Richmond en Virginie, un club scolaire d'astronomie observe le ciel. Leo Biederman (Elijah Wood), un adolescent, remarque un objet lumineux qu'il ne reconnaît pas. Sa camarade Sarah (Leelee Sobieski) se moque de lui et affirme qu'il ne s'agit que d'une simple étoile. Leur professeur ne parvenant pas à l'identifier non plus, prend un cliché et le transmet à l'observatoire astronomique. Le docteur Marcus Wolf, analyse par ordinateur la photo et découvre que l'objet est une nouvelle comète. Rapidement, il panique quand les calculs de la trajectoire de cette comète lui révèlent qu'elle se dirige droit sur la Terre. Voulant donner l'alerte, il quitte précipitamment le bâtiment à bord de son véhicule. Conduisant de manière très imprudente sur l'étroite route sinueuse menant à l'observatoire, son véhicule quitte la route en voulant éviter un camion, s'écrase dans un ravin et explose, causant ainsi la mort de Wolf.

Two college graduates find themselves back home in New Jersey stuck behind the counter of a pizza parlor and frustrated about their life's perspectives, while their friends move on, struggle to find a new direction for their lives. An environmental holocaust, which happened because the sun created an onslaught of solar flares made up of red-hot, radiation ridden plasma that nearly destroyed Earth. This left the atmosphere ridden with solar radiation and increased the global temperature greatly. Because of this catastrophe, it leaves almost every human on earth dead, devastates the environment, and collapses all of society and the global economy. Crime rates have drastically increased, and the few human beings left have decided to fend for themselves, therefore, much of the world, including America, have become totalitarian governments. The people in control are gangs of rampaging marauders. In post-apocalyptic America, the once sovereign society has become a corrupt, crime ridden totalitarian wasteland. The few remaining citizens are either hiding in devastated urban areas or are in control of by a series of gangs that now rule the cities with an iron fist. John Travis (Ron Marchini), an undercover cop and three fellow policemen are out on patrol when they come upon a female sex slave auction. The four slip unnoticed into the encampment, taking positions surrounding the auction site. A chaotic gunfight ensues in which the three cops are ruthlessly gunned down, leaving Travis alone to fend off the attackers. Travis is outgunned and outmanned, and forced to withdraw from the action. As Travis makes his escape, a solar flare is observed erupting. Travis tries to return to base, but is told by a fellow cop named Prescott (Adam West) that he cannot be allowed to do this, as he went through the solar flare's radiation, and to return would risk contamination of others. When a solar flare occurs, those left outside become infected, while those in shelter do not. Some of the infected become psychotic killers. Travis returns to the city, where he chances to meet three young women, who rely on him for protection. Travis tries to help them escape from the city. The head thug from the auction who killed the cops is looking for Travis, but at the same time, Travis is looking for revenge. While trying to get the women to the safety of police headquarters, the station is attacked by the solar flare infected killers. The station is overrun, and Travis blows it up as he escapes, narrowly avoiding the explosions and fireballs.
