Donnie Dunagan est un acteur américain né le 16 août 1934 à San Antonio, Texas (États-Unis).
By the age of 13, Dunagan was living in a boarding house and working as a lathe operator. In 1952, at the age of 18, he enlisted in the Marine Corps. He became the Marines' youngest-ever drill instructor and served three tours in Vietnam, where he was wounded several times, before finally retiring in 1977 with the rank of Major.
For his service he received a Bronze Star and three Purple Hearts. Dunagan has said in interviews that he kept his acting career a secret while serving in the Marines. He is retired and is currently living in San Angelo, Texas, with his wife.

Biographie
Dunagan was born in San Antonio, Texas, but his family soon moved to Memphis, Tennessee, where they struggled with poverty. There at the age of three-and-a-half he won a talent contest prize of $100. Spotted by a studio talent scout, the family moved to Hollywood, where Dunagan appeared in a series of films and soon became his family's main breadwinner. His career ended after he provided the voice for the young fawn in Walt Disney's Bambi.By the age of 13, Dunagan was living in a boarding house and working as a lathe operator. Dans la forêt, alors que le jour se lève, un oiseau bleu annonce à toute la forêt la naissance d'un petit prince. Dans un bosquet d'arbustes, une biche de l'espèce des cerfs de Virginie vient de donner naissance à un faon. Réveillé par sa mère, ce dernier dit bonjour à tous les animaux regroupés en cercle autour de lui. Un jeune lapin, Panpan, remarque que le faon cherche à se mettre sur ses pattes mais qu'il trébuche et tombe contre sa mère. Comme le fait remarquer le hibou, il manque de sommeil et les animaux laissent la mère et son petit. Panpan demande le nom du faon à sa mère, elle lui répond Bambi. Au loin un cerf couronné de grands bois observe la scène.

In Great Britain, Vigil in the Night nurse Anne Lee (Carole Lombard) takes the blame for a fatal error made by her sister Lucy (Anne Shirley), also a nurse, and is forced to leave the hospital where they both work. She moves to a large city where she procures a job at another hospital and falls in love with Dr. Robert Prescott (Brian Aherne). Mr. Carey (Ralph Morgan), a captain in the United States Navy, dies during the Spanish–American War. His wife Margaret, daughters Nancy and Kitty and sons Gilbert and Peter are left behind. They are now on their own with only Capt. Carey's pension for income. The family moves into a series of ever-smaller rented houses while Mrs. Carey works in a textile mill. When she is injured, they lease a broken down mansion for a year at a nominal fee, and invest the captain's small life insurance payment to fix it up into a boarding house.
